This dramatic abstract artwork is a triptych painting, meaning it's composed of three separate panels designed to hang together as one piece.

The most striking feature is the incredible texture, created by applying the paint extremely thick—a technique called impasto. This gives the surface a rugged, almost geological or metallic appearance. The composition is split into two bold horizontal zones. The upper half is dominated by dark, rich tones of sienna or purple-brown overlaid with a shimmering metallic gold. This gold catches the light beautifully, giving it a rich, ancient feel, like an oxidized treasure.

The lower third of this compelling triptych painting shifts dramatically to an equally textured layer of bright, intense orange, also highlighted with gold. The sharp contrast and heavy texture across this entire triptych painting create a commanding and luxurious statement piece.
